Minor boy drowns in Bhola

Bhola: A minor boy drowned in the Meghna River at Ramdaspur in Sadar upazila of the district yesterday noon, reports UNB. The deceased was identified as Sujan, 10, son of Siraj of Rupapura village in the upazila. Locals said a group of children were going to catch fish along the bank of the river. Three of them fell into the river as a portion of bank collapsed at noon. Locals rescued the trio and took them to Sadar Hospital where doctors declared Sujon dead.
