Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said laws would be formulated soon to limit the number of cars that can be owned by a family in a bid to avoid unnecessary traffic congestion. “It does not seem appropriate that each member of a family be able to avail a separate private vehicle,” said the minister. “The government will formulate laws soon to limit how many cars a family can have,” he said.
