BTCL to replace numbers under Ramna Telephone Exchange

BTCL will replace about ten thousand numbers under Ramna Telephone Exchange in order to provide enhanced facilities of NGN technology to the customers, says a press release.
About ten thousand numbers under Ramna Telephone Exchange starting with ‘711’ and ’712’ will be replaced by new 8 digit numbers starting with ‘471’ & ‘571’, the statement added.
The conversion process will start from 03 April, 2016.
The customers will be informed over phone while changing the number. The new numbers are available in BTCL website www.btcl.com.bd. One can obtain more information by calling BTCL call center `16402’ or office no 9587777 during office hours.
