Demand for Walton AC goes up

The sales of Walton air conditioners (ACs) went up across the country as people are purchasing ACs of both the local and the international brands with the advent of sweltering heat.
Following the last year’s huge turnover, Walton has set an annual target of bagging about 45 to 50 per cent growth in the sales of its AC, the company said in a statement yesterday.
Customers will get the Walton brand’s AC in between Tk 31,500 and Tk 57,600. The company will soon release 4 and 5 ton ceiling and cassette types ACs, it added.
