A mobile court sealed off an ice-cream factory at DT Road of West Madarbari area in the city yesterday for operating business without having any license and using harmful ingredients.
The mobile court was led by Mohammad Ruhul Amin, executive magistrate and Revenue Deputy Collector of district administration.
