Teacher held while stealing student�s medical file

A female teacher, who beat up a student, was caught red handed while trying to steal a medical file of the student from Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital on Wednesday afternoon.
The detained was identified as Krishna Rani, a teacher of Tazpur Nur Miah Girls High School of Osmaninagar Upazila. According to source Krishna Rani beat Fahima Begum up, a class VII student of her school on March 9.
After the beating Fahima’s health condition was deteriorated and admitted to Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital for treatment on March 11. Later Fahima’s family took plan to file a complaint with police station against the accused teacher. When this news reached Krishna Rani, she took decision to steal Fahima’s medical file. On the incident day she entered the room of Fahima wearing a dress of nurse of the hospital. At one stage of stealing the medical file she was caught by other duty nurse.
