Arrested accused dies in heart attack

An accused in cheque dishonoured case died soon after the arrest in the city’s Kodomtoli area yesterday.
The deceased was identified as Priyotos, 65, a resident of the city’s Mominkola area. He was a manager of Jaber and Brother in the city.
Police said Priyotos was arrested in cheque dishonoured case. After the arrest he felt pain on his chest. Later he was taken to North East Medical College, where duty doctor declared him dead.
Fozlul Haque, sub inspector of Dakkin Surma police station, said according to doctor he died in a heart attack.
