Shougat Nazbin Khan, a young education advocate from Bangladesh, who was earlier denied UK visa twice, finally got the visa yesetrday morning, reports UNB.
Nazbin has made her place among the Commonwealth Youth Awards winners from Asia region but her joining the prestigious event had turned uncertain due to the frequent visa refusal.

The Commonwealth Youth Awards 2016 for excellence in development work will be handed over to the winners on March 17 in London in recognition of the extraordinary efforts made by young people to enhance democracy and development. The award recognises outstanding young people under the age of 30 from Commonwealth countries whose works have significantly contributed to local, national, regional and global development. This year there were 336 nominations for the award.
