�Clean Dhaka� campaign on

Foreign Minister AH Mahmood Ali yesterday laid emphasis on turning Dhaka into a cleaner and eye-catching city maintaining international standards through joint efforts, reports UNB.
He made the remark while addressing a clean city campaign on the Foreign Ministry premises.
Mayor of Dhaka South City Corporation Mohammad Sayeed Khokon was also present at the function jointly arranged by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Dhaka South City Corporation as part of clean Dhaka campaign.
Sharing his long-stay in Dhaka city, the Foreign Minister said there have been many changes in the city and it has been beautified in many ways.
But, he said, Dhaka city needs to be make more eye-catching and beautiful and it is the responsibility of all the citizens to make Dhaka city more beautiful and cleaner.
The Foreign Minister assured of all necessary supports to the two city corporations in their drives for making Dhaka clean and beautiful.
Mayor Khokon said they have been working sincerely to make Dhaka a clean city and mentioned that the city will surely turn into more clean and beautiful city through joint efforts.
