World Consumer Rights Day will be observed in 120 countries around the globe including in Bangladesh on Tuesday (March 15) with the theme “Antibiotics off the Menu”, reports BSS. National Consumer Rights Preservation Department and Consumers Association of Bangladesh (CAAB) will jointly observe the day with different programmes here in the country. Pamphlets and leaflets will be distributed among the city dwellers in capital’s Ramna Park, Chandrima Udyan, Suhrawardy Udyan and Dhanmandi Lake areas in the morning. A seminar will be held in TCB Auditorium at 3 pm with Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed in the chair.
