With the call ‘Antibiotics off the menu’, Bangladesh will observe the World Consumer Rights Day (WCRD) on March 15, reports BSS.
The Consumers International (CI) has planned this year’s WCRD which will be observed in 120 countries of the world, said a press release.
Bangladesh, as a partner of this global plea, will observe the day aiming at protecting the rights of consumer and making more interest for the consumers on Consumer Rights Protection Act-2009.
The Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) in association with the Consumers Association of Bangladesh (CAB) is organising a day-long seminar on the day at the city’s Trading Corporation of Bangladesh (TCB) auditorium.
