CHITTAGONG: A woman and her two sons were killed when a pick-up van hit a CNG-run auto-rickshaw at Titabattala in Mirsarai upazila on Sunday morning, reports UNB.
Jorarganj highway police camp in-charge Farid Uddin said the accident took place when a fish-laden pickup van hit a CNG-run auto-rickshaw carrying Shaheda Akter,32, wife of Didarul Alam, and her two sons Saidul,7, and Saimul,2, in the area at about 6:30am, leaving them dead on the
spot.
The mother and her two sons were on way home by the CNG-run auto-rickshaw after their arrival by a bus from Dhaka.
