The 48th presentation of ‘Nupur Beje Jai’ will be held at the main auditorium of Bangladesh National Museum at 6:30pm today. ‘Nupur Beje Jai’ is a bi-monthly dance programme by Shadhona Shangskritik Mondal to promote performing arts in Bangladesh which aims to give a platform to the local dancers. Today’s performance, which will be a Tagore, Nazrul Nritya and contemporary dance evening, includes Rabindra Nritya, Nazrul Nritya, Adhunik Nritya and Loko Nritya by Srishti Cultural Centre; Patriotic Dances and Classical Kathak Dance by Akriti Dance Group; and Srijanshil Nritya by Nrityarong Dance Group.
