Bipasha-starrer ‘Gundami’ in cinemas today

Popular actress Bipasha Kabir has been mostly known for playing the role of an item girl in various films. However, she did not want that to be her only identity and wanted to evolve as an actress. That is how the viewers will now get to see her in the film ‘Gundami’, which will be released across cinemas today. With the story, dialogue and screenplay written by Komol Sarkar, Bipasha will be presenting herself as an actress through this film. She will be playing the role of Bindu in the film. Bipasha Kabir believes that this film will be the turning point in her career. She has been so serious about appearing only as an actress that she turned down the role of an item girl in 12 films in the last few months. She further spoke about her ambitions, “I have worked very hard and dedicated myself towards my journey of becoming a film actress. I want to be recognised for my own identity as an actress and have tried effortlessly. After all that, I am now presenting myself as an actress in front of the viewers. I believe the viewers, through their appreciation and love, will make me happy. With everyone’s guidance and support, I look forward to a brighter future.”
To note, Bipasha Kabir has cated in three more films as an actress recently, which are ‘Aral’, ‘Crime Road’ and ‘Baaje Chele The Loafer’. Bipasha-acted films which are awaiting their release are ‘Pagol Manush’, ‘Tomar Jonno Mon Kaade’, ‘Onek Damme Kena’, ‘My Darling’ and ‘Ek Prithibi Prem’. She first began her career through acting in Shahin Sumon-directed film ‘Bhalobashar Rong’. She has acted in about 40 films since. ‘Gundami’ will be released in more than 50 cinemas. From the morning show, she will be attending the cinemas to experience the film herself along with the audience.
