Runa Khan, Farhana Mili together after 10 years

Audience-admired actresses Runa Khan and Farhana Mili, who both began their acting journey around the same time, were seen appearing together on screen a decade back for a short film. Now the duo has been reunited on screen through a new drama serial. DhakaLive has news that they will be playing sisters in the drama serial Bubuner Saat Sotero, written and directed by Animesh Aich, who also wrote the screenplay. The shooting of the drama serial began last week at a shooting house in the capitals Uttara area.
The drama serial falls in the family comedy genre, where Runa Khan will be playing the role of Tamanna, while Farhana Mili will be playing her sister Maria. Regarding the actresses, Animesh Aich commented, Both have played their roles perfectly. In one word, I am satisfied. The viewers will appreciate their performances.
Runa Khan spoke about her role, Since this is a family comedy drama serial, the acting was challenging. I tried to make my character shine out to the best of my abilities.
Farhana Mili said, I worked with Runa Khan 10 years ago. We are working together now in the same drama serial with a lot of excitement. This is the first time that I am working in a drama serial which is directed by Animesh Aich. He does his work with utmost care and I am very satisfied with the work.
To note, Runa Khan and Farhana Mili last appeared together in a short film Balughori, which was directed by Rajibul Islam.
Animesh Aich informed that Bubuner Saat Sotero will be aired on a satellite TV channel after its completion.
