Sale of Walton LED TV goes up

Walton registered 218 per cent growth in the sales of LED TVs during the last three months compared to the same period of previous year, the company said in a press statement yesterday.
According to Walton, sales of its LED television swelled up by 66 per cent in 2015 when compared to the previous year. Walton set the prices of high quality 19-inch LED television at Tk 12,150 after cutting the previous price by 200. After the reduction of prices, Walton brand 24-inch, 28-inch and 32-inch LED television are now sold at Tk 15,600, Tk 21,500 and Tk 27,200 respectively.
Walton is now selling out total of 71 models of CRT, LED and Android Smart televisions, of which 36 models are of LED TV and three models are of android smart televisions (43, 49 and 55-inch).
