CHITTAGONG: A court here yesterday handed down life imprisonment to a man on charges of raping a two and a half years old minor girl five years ago.
Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal's judge Mohammad Selim Mia pronounced the verdict convicting Mohammad Khurshid Alam, saying he would have to serve the life term rigorous imprisonment for the crime he had committed.
