REHAB fair in Ctg from Feb 25

A four-day housing and real estate fair begins at Radisson Blu Hotel in Chittagong from February 25.
The Chittagong chapter of Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) is organising the fair for the 9th time in the county’s premier port city.
Around 92 real estate firms, financial institution, building material institution from Chittagong and Dhaka will participate in the fair to display their offers at 72 stalls, said the organisers at a press conference here yesterday. In the fair is sponsored by 18 co-sponsors, where 54 stalls are for real estate firms, 11 Building Materials firms and seven for financial Institution.
Chairman of REHAB Chittagong regional committee Engr SM Abu Sufian, said: “In the last REHAB fair in Chittagong they have sold around Tk150 crore with flats and plot, this year there target is over Tk200 crore to sale.”
“The participating real estate firms will offer special discount and attractive gifts to their customers at the fair,” said Sufian.
The price of ticket for single entry day has been fixed at Tk 50, and Tk 100 fixed for multiple entry. The fair will inaugurated at 12:30 pm on February 25 by city AJM Nasir Uddin and it will remain open from 10am to 9pm every day, said Sufian in his written statement.
In the fair among others were present Rabiul Haque, Senior Vice President, REHAB & Chairman, REHAB Fair Standing Committee, Engr. Ifthekhar Hosen, director REHAB, and co-chairman (1), REHAB Chittagong regional committee and Muhammad Abdul Quader Zilany, director, REHAB, and co-chairman (2) REHAB Chittagong regional committee.
