3 held with firearms

Police in special drive arrested three alleged firearms dealer from Zakir Hossain Road under Akbar Shah Police Station yesterday.
They also seized two country made one-barrel guns, one single shooter, two LGs (Light Gun from the arrestees.
The arrestees were Md Selim, 20, Md Mosaroof Hossain, 42, Md Zahirul Islam Manik, 25.
Acting on tip-off police nabbed the trio with the firearms and in primary investigation the arrestees confessed their involvement in firearms dealing said Sadip Kumar Das, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Akbar Shah Police Station.
