Inu calls for unity to resist evil forces

Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu yesterday urged all to be united to resist evil forces who are repeatedly opposing progresses of Bangladesh, reports BSS.
"A vested quarter has already been dumped in the waste bin of history for their misdeeds," he told a discussion on ‘The role of Toyaha in language movement and non-communal Bangladesh’ at the Jatiya Press Club, an official release said.
Bangladesher Samyabadi Dal organised the discussion with General Secretary Dilip Barua in the chair. Journalist and columnist Syed Abul Maksud and Head of Department of International Relation of Dhaka University Delwar Hossain, among others, addressed the discussion.
Inu said the BNP-Jamaat clique looted state property and money and repressed ethnic people and minority communities to undermine the spirit of War of Liberation.
"They (BNP-Jamaat clique) are enemy of humanity. The then BNP-Jamaat government wanted to destroy the spirit of War of Liberation," the information minister added.
"We have to remain alert and united to resist their conspiracy (BNP-Jamaat) to build a non-communal Bangladesh with the spirit of War of liberation," he added.
