Six honoured with vocational excellence awards

The Rotary Club of Uttara (RCU) has recently honoured six persons for their contribution in their profession with vocation excellence awards, reports UNB.
The club presented crests and certificates in recognition of their contribution in the fields of business, medical services, education and research, government service, journalism and culture at a ceremony held at Uttara Club recently.
Director of Apex Investments Ltd Syed Nasim Manzur, educationist and researcher Mustafa Chowdhury, Professor Dr M Khalil Ur Rahman, Professor Dr Anowara Begum, DMP’s Deputy Commissioner for Uttara zone Bidhan Tripura, Associate Editor of the Independent TV and popular talk show host Khaled Muhiuddin, singer and Dhaka University teacher Priyanka Gope received the awards.
Expressing his feeling, Mustafa Chowdhury said he felt great for the recognition for his work on “Juddha Shishu”.
