A housewife, who sustained burn injuries in a gas line blast at Kalabagan area in the city, succumbed to her injuries at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) early yesterday.
The deceased was identified as Rozina Akter, 34. She succumbed to her injuries at the Burn and Plastic Surgery Unit of the DMCH around 12:30am.
On May 30, at least seven members of a family sustained burn injuries in the gas line blast at a house at Kalabagan in the capital.
The injured were rushed to the DMCH with critical condition.
Mamta, 65, another victim of the incident, succumbed to her injuries at DMCH on June 4 while five other victims are undergoing treatment.
