Solar Power Plant!
Sir,
We all naturally wish this innovative and fresh source of power from alternative source; in this case sunlight, godspeed and good luck. We are eagerly looking forward to the day, this 32MW power plant will come on line! Both government (Ministry of Power), PDB and the Investor; deserves our congratulation.
Our concerned authorities involved with this landmark project, should extend all possible help, cooperation and assistance to this unique joint venture power plant. This will reduce bureaucratic delays in the setting up and running of this power plant!
Can we expect it to be on stream before mid-February 2017?
PDB should publicize this project; and go all out to attract private investors for say solid household refuse plus oil fired (combined fuel) power plant, with also PDB/Private partnership or only private investment.
Last but not the least; we must utilize human solid toilet waste to generate Methane gas! One such project should be both in Dhaka and Chittagong cities; the sooner the better! In this case, logically the initiative may be taken by the natural gas supply companies; given the mounting reduction of geological natural fuel gas sources! Lest we forget, this voltaic (solar) power generation plant being set up, will be an environment pollution free sources of electric power!
