2 cottage industries fined

NATORE: A mobile court fined two cottage industries at Natore BSCIC industrial area Taka 60 thousand for running without license on Sunday night, reports BSS.
Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) M Nairuzzaman along with RAB-5 members conducted a drive at Natore BISCIC industrial area and fined Tk 30,000 each to H.M. Chemicals Co. Ltd. and Oxford Agro Chemical Industries Ltd. for running without license and using unapproved materials to produce compost.The operation team fined the industries and realized the fined money on the spot.
The UNO said the mobile court fined as per Consumer Right Protection Act- 2009 of article 43.
