The Korean government has decided to provide full scholarships for five Bangladeshi students in 2016 in Master’s and Doctoral courses, reports UNB. Interested candidates, below 40 years of old, can apply to avail themselves of the scholarships, said the Korean Embassy in Dhaka yesterday. The scholarships will be given to students both in three-year Master’s and four-year Doctoral courses, the Embassy said in a press release. The Korean government will provide full tuition, roundtrip air ticket, monthly and settlement allowances, language training expenses, medical insurance, Korean proficiency grants and scholarship completion grants during the participant’s stay in Korea. One original set of certificates and relevant documents and five extra set of photocopies (total six sets of documents placed in a separate envelope) need to be submitted to the Embassy by March 19. After necessary scrutiny, the final results will be published on June 21.
