9 gold bars in youth's abdomen

Customs Intelligence and Armed Police Battalion (ABPn) in a joint drive arrested a youth with nine gold bars at Hazrat Shahjalal (R) International Airport Tuesday evening, reports UNB.
Director General (DG) of Airport Customs Dr Mainul Khan confirmed the news saying, "The gold bars were found inside the abdomen of Roman Talukdar, 35, who arrived here in the flight (no-BG 0187) from Kuala Lumpur Tuesday evening." The bars were recovered after the X-Ray Scanner took an image of Roman's abdomen where nine gold bars were kept. Customs officials took Roman, an inhabitant of Daudkandi of Comilla, to a clinic for examination as he earlier denied his involvement in carrying gold bars.
