A joint team of Coast Guard and police in a drive arrested 13 persons and seized 50 maunds of jatka (small hilsa) from a truck in Laharhat area under sadar upazila of the district Monday mid-night.
On secret information, the team of Coast Guard and police conducted the drive in the area and arrested them with the jatka, district fisheries officer Bimal Chandra said.
