The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court yesterday got three more judges as the government made final their appointments to the Apex Court, reports BSS. The three judges are Justice Mirza Hussain Haider, Justice Md. Nizamul Huq and Justice Mohammad Bazlur Rahman. "The honorable President made the appointment as per Article 95 (1) of the constitution," said an official release. They will be sworn in at 10 am today as the Appellate Division judges by Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha at Judges Lounge of the Supreme Court. With this latest appointment, the number of Appellate Division judges will be nine.
