Sayeman Beach lift Peninsula cricket title

Sayeman Beach Resorts clinched the title of Pebbles Peninsula Premier League–2016 held at M  A Aziz Stadium in Chittagong on Saturday. F & B Burners won the runners-up trophy.
The staffs of seven departments of The Peninsula hotel and one guest team took part in the tournament. The teams were Sayeman Beach Resorts, F & B Tigers, Maintenance Gladiators, F & B Burners, Housekeeping Kings, Front Office Royals, Peninsula Lions and Accounts Chargers.
The Peninsula hotel Chittagong has been arranging the tournament from last three years among its employees as a part of its anniversary.
Chittagong City Mayor AJM Nasir Uddin, who is also the  president of CJS and vice- president of Bangladesh Cricket Board, distributed prizes as chief guest. Peninsula chairman Mahboob Rahman and managing director Mustafa Arshad were also present during the prize giving ceremony.
