BRRI workshop held in Gazipur

The 24th Rice Research and Extension Workshop and the BRRI Annual Research Review Workshop 2014-15 was held yesterday at the BRRI auditorium in Gazipur yesterday.
Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture Shyamol Kanti Gosh was the chief guest in the inaugural session with BRRI Director General Dr Jiban Krishna Biswas in the chair.  
Chairman of the Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation Md Safiqul Islam Laskor, executive chairman of the Bangladesh Agricultural Research Council Dr Abul Kalam Azad, director general of the Department of Agricultural Extension Md Hamidur Rahman were the special guests. BRRI Director (Administration and Common Service) Dr Md Shahjahan Kabir presented the key note paper of the workshop.
