Body found from DU pond

Members of fire service recovered a dead body of an unidentified man (38)  from Shahiduallah hall pond of Dhaka University (DU) yesterday afternoon.
Eyewitness Aminul Islam said, a dead body was floating on the pond at 3:40pm. Later they informed it to DU proctor office. Later fire service forces and police forces rushed to the spot and recovered the body from pond.
DU Acting Proctor Prof M Amazd Ali said that the body was found at around 3:40pm at the pond of DU Shahidullah Hall and the body was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) morgue for autopsy.
“The reason behind the deathis yet to ascertained yet” he added.
