Minor killed in road crash

A minor girl was killed when a speedy bus hit her from the back in Gopal area on Sylhet-Sunamganj road of Sadar Upazila yesterday. The deceased was identified as Jhorna Akther,6 daughter of Nur Ali, a local autorickshaw driver. She was the student of class one at Gopal Govt Primary School. 

Sources said, a Sylhet-bound speedy bus from Sunamganj knocked down her at Gopal area in the morning leaving her dead on the spot while she was going to school.
