Results of 64 JSC examinees changed

A total of 64 Junior School Certificate (JSC) examinees have passed under Barisal Education Board (BEB) after re- scrutinising their examinations sheets.
Prof M Ziaul Haque, chairman BEB, said the re-scrutiny results already has been published and sent to concerned schools on Sunday.
However, the central computer section of inter-board authority has been requested to upload the latest results of BEB JSC 2016 at the main website of www. educationboard. gov. bd, the BEB chairman said.
Muhammed Shah Alamgir, BEB controller of examinations, said after re-scrutiny of the examination papers of 2223 applicants, results of 64 candidates have been changed.
Out of those 64 candidates, 34 failed examinees declared to be passed, 23 received GPA-5 and grades of passed 20 also changed and improved. Controller of examination of BEB said board authorities ordered to take actions against the responsible examiners and head examiners for their negligence in scrutiny the examination papers.
