Arms, ammo recovered in C’nawabganj

Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) recovered one pistol, seven rounds of bullet and two magazines from Kotaparaghat area under Shibganj upazila yesterday morning.
According to BGB sources, acting on secret information a patrol team of BGB from Wahedpur Border Out Post conducted a drive in the area at around 5:45 am and recovered the arms and ammunition in an abandoned condition.
None was arrested in this connection. The recovered firearms were deposited to Shibganj police station.
