Man held with drone-like device

Customs Intelligence and Investigation Directorate (CIID) on Tuesday arrested a man along with a security stun gun and drone-like device at Shah Amanat International Airport.
The arrestee was identified as Mohammad Solaiman, 32, hailing from Patiya of Chittagong. He returned from UAE (United Arab Emirates) by a flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines on Tuesday morning.
 “Acting on tip-off “We have arrested Solaiman on Tuesday and seized a security stun gun which is capable to deliver electric shock up to 1 million volts, and seized a drone-like device which is used for spying.  We had taken a day to verify the devices before disclosing the news,” said Zakiar Hossain, deputy director of CIID yesterday. A case was lodged in the connection at Patenga police station, said Zakir.
Patanga police produced him before a court of Chittagong the court sent him to jail.
