RAJSHAHI: Three consumers’ shops including two pharmacies were fined Tk 22,000 on charges of selling unhygienic and substandard and date-expired goods and medicines to the customers in the city on Monday, officials concerned here said, reports BSS.
A team of Department of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) conducted raid in Naohata Bazar under Paba upazila of the district and found Don Enterprise, Messers Ali Pharmacy and The New Pharmacy possessing and selling foods and medicines in unhygienic and date-expired condition.
