Woman stabbed �by son� in Jessore

A woman was stabbed to injury allegedly by his son over a property-related dispute at Arabpur Bukbhora Chandutia village in sadar upazila on Monday, reports UNB.
The injured was identified as Rokeya Begum, wife of Abul Khayer Sarder, a resident of the village. Family sources said Rokeya’s son Jahangir Hossain put pressure on his mother to make will of a piece of land in his name in the afternoon.
Jahangir stabbed his mother as she did not comply with his demand, leaving her critically injured. Later she was rushed to Jessore General Hospital.
