Fed Cup Rugby starts today

The Diamond Melamine Federation Cup Rugby Championship begins today at the Paltan ground in the capital.
Six teams are taking part in the in the competition. Bangladesh Army will take on Madertek Rugby Club in the opening match at 3:45 pm. The other four teams are: Bangladesh Amateur Rugby7 Club, Flame Boys Rugby Club, Madaripur DSA and Kanchan Rugby Warriors.
Bangladesh Rugby Federation, who is organizing the tournament,  is also planning to hold an international tournament with the participation of India (a team from Kolkata), Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh in November or December of this year.
