Shun negative politics, Qamrul urges BNP

Food Minister and Dhaka City Awami League joint general secretary Advocate Quamrul Islam yesterday called upon BNP to take recourse to positive politics discarding the politics of destruction and terrorism keeping in mind the next national polls, reports BSS. “Awami League pursues positive politics and the politics meant for development. Our Netri (leader) and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has instructed party leaders and workers to do people-oriented politics,” he said. Calling upon Awami League leaders-workers to stand beside the common people, Quamrul Islam said otherwise, the voters would not respond to your call.
