BNP�s RA Gani passes away

BNP standing committee member RA Gani passed away at Square Hospital in the capital’s Panthapath area early today. He was 89.
According to hospital sources, the veteran BNP leader breathed his last around 12:40am at the intensive care unit.

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia and party Acting Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir expressed deep shock at Gani’s death.
On January 6, Gani was admitted to the hospital after he fell sick with complaints of respiratory problems. He had been suffering from old age complications for a long.
