2 killed in separate incidents in Ctg

CHITTAGONG: Two persons, including an baby, were killed in separate incidents in the district on Tuesday, reports BSS. The deceased were identified as Tousif, 5, hailed from Gorduara union of Hathazari upazila and Mohammad Mominul Hoq, 26, hailed from Kurigram district. Tousif was critically injured after a brick loaded vehicle ran over him while he was playing on the road at Alipur area under Kodolpur union at 10 am yesterday. Momin was critically injured as he was electrocuted while working at BSRM steel industry at Baroyarhat area under Mirsari upazila of the district at 11 am yesterday. Both the victims were rushed to Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) where the attending doctors declared them dead, CMCH police outpost sources said.
