6 held with heroin, yaba

RAJSHAHI: Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested six alleged drug-peddlers and seized huge heroin and yaba tablets from different areas in the district Wednesday night, reports BSS.
On a tip-off, a police team conducted a drive in Char Boyarmari area of the district and arrested Golam Mostofa, 43, with 1.1 kgs of heroin.
Another RAB team detained Dulal Hossain, 54, with 190 yaba tablets and seven grams of heroin after conducting a raid in Dewanplara area under Motiher Police Station in Rajshahi city.
