Four women‘ drug peddlers’ arrested

The Rapid Action Battalion(RAB) yesterday arrested four alleged female drug peddlers and seized huge amount of fermented liquor and contraband yaba tablets  from the their possessions at Tejgaon in the capital. Talking to The Independent, RAB- 2 director Lt Col SM Masud Rana said getting secret information, a team of RAB raided near old  FDC gate  and arrested four female drug peddlers. They were identified as Mina Begum, 40, Munny Begum, 35, Fatema Begum, 30 and Nur Jahan, 60. We also seized around 150 liters of fermented liquor and 997 pieces of yaba tablets from their possessions, said RAB- operation officer ASP Maruf Ahmed.
