A 4-storey residential building tilted at Tajmohol Road in the city’s Mohammadpur area yesterday, reports UNB. Sources at the Fire Service headquarters said the residents of the 4-storey building were evacuated when it tilted around 3:14 pm.
One fire fighter unit has already reached the spot, said Bhajan Kumar Sarker, duty officer of Fire Service Central Control Room.
Sub-Inspector Nazrul Islam of Mohammadpur police station said the building slightly tilted towards the west side. However, no casualty was reported.
