Sunamganj: An alleged thief was killed and another injured in a clash with their rivals at Kamargoan village in Salla upazila early Thursday reports UNB.
The deceased was identified as Abdul Jalil.
Bazle Rahman, officer-in-charge of Salla Police Station, said two groups of thieves locked into a clash early in the morning over having their control in the area.
At one stage, the two groups attacked each other. Jalil received stab injuries and died on the spot.The clash also left another man named Jamir, 55, injured. On information, police recovered the body
