Band troupe Gachh releases its debut album

Can human beings survive without the existence of trees? Knowing the answer without even a little doubt, human beings are much convinced about the inevitable contribution of the trees in every single moment of their lives. Trees are the indispensable friends to human beings. Being concerned about this absolute truth, a local band troupe named themselves as Gachh (Tree). They have not stopped with only labelling the bands name after the trees, but also they released their debut album giving a title Gachher Kanda, which is also related with the trees.
The launching ceremony of the album was held at Nijhum Dwip (Silent Island), a small island under Hatiya upazila in Noakhali and the album cover was unveiled by popular singer Rashed Uddin Topu and owner of G-Series Nazmul Haq Bhuiyan.
Singer Shahed, a member of the troupe, said about the album launching, We thought with immense gratitude when we discovered the devastating Sundarban after the super cyclone Sidr that we might not survive during Sidr, if there were no Sundaban right at that place. Trees, only one of its kinds among all other living species, produce their food within their body without killing any animal. Trees are essential, the only option that we have, to breathe every moment of our life. So we named the bands name after this living organism.
On the other hand, we have come up to release our first album Gachher Kanda at such an immensely natural beautiful and holistic place like Nijhum Dwip, he added.
The album has been released under the banner of prominent audio production company G-Series. l
