Re-election in Chowmuhani

Noakhali:  The re-election of 10 polling stations out of twenty of Chowmuhani Municipality of the district will be held on January 12 in 2016, reports BSS.
The suspended polling stations are Uttar Nazirpur Primary School, Uttar Nazirpur Nurani Madrasa, Dakshin Nazirpur Primary School, Madhaya Karimpur Primary School (North), Madhaya Karimpur Primary School (East), Ganipur Primary School, Begumganj Pilot High School, Chowmuhani S.A College (Old), Chowmuhani S.A College (New) and Uttar Hazipur  Primary School. M Monir Hossain,  district  election officer of Chowmuhani Municipality Election - 2015 said elections in 10 polling stations of the municipality were suspended due to rigging, clashes and irregularities.
