Man kills daughter, self in Khulna

Khulna: A man reportedly committed suicide by hanging himself after killing his physically challenged daughter at Ali Ahsan Road in Khulna city early yesterday, reports UNB.
The deceased were Mostafa Kamal, 55, and his daughter Sumaiya Aurin, 18.
Officer-in charge of Sadar police station said Moatafa allegedly killed her daughter by silting her throat first and later he took his own life by hanging himself early in the morning. Being informed, police rushed in and recovered the bodies at 10am and sent those to Khulna Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy. Police are trying to find out the motive behind this incident, added the OC.
