Three bikers killed in road mishap

Three motorcyclists were killed and in a road accident in rail gate area of the city on Friday night. The deceased were identified as Alamgir Hossain Bacchu, 45, son of Jamal Sheikh of Sujanagar Maldaha Colony area, Ershad Ali, 42, son of Monsur Hawlader and Adu Hossain, 45, son of Habibur Rahman both of Hazrapukur area of the city. Witnesses said the accident took place around 10pm when a passenger bus collided head on with a motor bike comes from opposite direction and leaving dead one motorcyclist in front of Stadium Market in Rail gate area of the city. Later, locals rushed to the spot and rescued injured others and sent them to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital where the attending doctors declared them dead.   Sahadat Hossain, officer-in-charge of Boalia model police station, said the Rajshahi-bound passenger bus coming from Naogaon, knocked a rickshaw in Nawdapara area of the city.
