ASA donates 8,000 pieces blankets

ASA, a non-profit organisation, donated 8,000 pieces of blankets worth Tk 25 lakh for the distress of the country, a press statement said yesterday.
As part of its social welfare activities, the organisation distributed the blankets among the poor of 26 winter prone districts of the country. The blankets have been distributed through the district administration.
It may be mentioned here that ASA is a fully self-financed organization and does not received any donation or financial assistance from local or foreign donors.
